Veer Wheels Private Limited, an enterprise rooted deeply in entrepreneurial spirit, craftsmanship, and community values, has carved a unique place for itself in the Indian manufacturing sector. Established in 2005, the company initially focused on the production of high-quality bicycle parts. Over nearly two decades, it has grown from a modest venture into a multi-faceted organization with a strong foundation in manufacturing, innovation, and sustainability. Today, Veer Wheels operates under two distinguished units — its original bicycle parts manufacturing division and its newer brand, Veer Pet, which was launched in 2024 and has already begun to make waves in the PET packaging industry.
From their manufacturing base located at De-Gaul Avenue, near Chandi Mandir in Durgapur, West Bengal, Veer Wheels and Veer Pet together embody a blend of tradition, technological advancement, and future-ready thinking. With over 200 dedicated workers, a strong leadership team comprising seven directors, and a legacy built on determination and foresight, the company is a shining example of how vision and effort can create enduring impact.
A Legacy Born of Friendship and Vision
The origins of Veer Wheels Private Limited are steeped in camaraderie and shared ambition. Founded by Mr. Ashok Kumar Dalmia, a renowned food merchant in Raniganj, Mr. Ratan Agarwal, a dedicated and industrious entrepreneur, and the late Mr. Arun Saraf, who had deep roots in the bicycle business, the company was born from a vision to fill a void in the regional manufacturing sector. At the time, West Bengal lacked a dedicated factory for bicycle components, and the trio saw both a business opportunity and a chance to contribute to industrial growth in the state. Their complementary strengths — business acumen, hard work, and sectoral knowledge — created a dynamic foundation for success.
The early years were marked by hard work and strategic investments. Every rim, spoke, fork guard, mudguard, side stand, and chain produced was a testament to their commitment to quality and affordability. With each passing year, Veer Wheels expanded its footprint, gaining a reputation not only in West Bengal but across India, as a trustworthy manufacturer of robust and reliable bicycle parts.
Our Vision for the Future
As we look ahead, our vision is to be a national leader in PET manufacturing and a globally recognized name in bicycle components. We aim to expand our operations across India and tap into international markets where quality Indian products are gaining traction.
